Africanacity: ABSA is mocking the entire South Africa

According to ABSA, Africanacity seems to mean: "despairingly inefficient, lazy, error laden and embarrassing". ABSA is trying to make banking as miserable experience as possible. As a new client I opened a normal transaction product on Friday. The system was down. After 90 minutes I got my card and was assured that my internet and mobile banking would work, the system is just a bit 'unstable'. Come Monday and the call centre agent tells me that I was never registered fully. So I have the profile, but it is impossible to access it. I need to go to the branch. I choose the flag ship Sandton City branch, where they have more than 25 tellers, but one staff member assisting customer care. Also, the ticket you get doesn't count for anything, as they allow customers to skip the queue. After 30 minutes waiting, we were informed that the system is 'unstable', and we will probably have a long waiting day ahead of us. ABSA, I hope you realize every time you show your Africanacity adverts, that you are basically mocking the entire South Africa. Truly an embarrassment.
