Aedo transaction

I last made a review 14January about the same problem am writing about here but nothing has been dealt with someone from Absa said they were going to call me but since i haven't received a call from them am still stuck with the problem of getting money taken everything month with this Aedo debit order something i know nothing about.am actually thinking about closing the account but before i do that i wanna get e lawyers involved maybe absa will start taking they're customers serious.its been the worst 3months of being a Absa victim.
