Advice of sales agent can cost you everything

2019 is just not my year.for once I decided to do things things RYT I asked for advice from ABSA vehicle finance enquiries .this was regarding a refund from the money insurance paid after I took back the salvage n was told I can get the refund it won't be a problem .based on the information I sign agreement of loss and get the car back take it to the penalbeaters insurance paid I requested the refund was asked for prof of payment all was well until a formal request was generated n I later received SMS saying request has being successfully processed only to discover that my request was declined.now my car is fixed waiting payment because I had assurance getting rufund was not going to be a problem.bank has money which is almost the price of fixing the car I cannot pay the money because I was sure the bank will give me the refund not for personal use but actually fix the car and I am willing to supply Proff of the car via a roadworthy test to prove car is fixed n in good condition but for all that to happen is pay the refund and train their agents not to advise on matters they are entirely that they are not sure off.i trusted her because she sounded sure of her story now I could lose my car n still owe the bank for 6years.
