Adsa poor service.
Worst finance I have ever used and delt with. I have had vehicle finance through both nedbank and wesbank before this and had outstanding service, where adsa's service is none existent. I have had my finance through them for almost three years now and have not received even one statement. It has gotten to the point of wanting to settle the finance and just get rid of them, but this can't even be done because for two months now I have been trying to get a settlement letter. The funny thing is that they even charge you a monthly service fee and only then know for what as I have never received any service from them. PLEASE NEVER USE ABSA FOR ANYTHING.
