Administrative fees

I'm not happy with your service how do you continue to charge administrative fees on an account that is not active and you charged me those fees for 3 years even now you still charge those fees. Doesn't a account go dormant after a few months if it not in use? It really not fare for you to continue feeding on customers like that it either you close the account or take legal action on the fees instead of just continuing to charge fees non stop for years.
