Admin charges on absa acc

Every month I have an admin fee, transaction fees and my monthly fee doing off.when I went to absa a few months ago to find out i didnt get proper answers.they said that its for statements and stuff.i never take statements.i do transactions out of the bundle yes.but these don't amount to the massive 400 you charged for admin fees this month, then transaction fees and the bundle fees.this is daylight ******* really.im so disgusted really, capitec and nedbank dont even charge these admin fees.i don't earn a massive amount of money and over 500 in charges every month is Ludacris.i would like a detailed description of how you came to 400 for admin fees.i do alot of payshap payments yes it cost 7;50 but these dont even amount to 400. I am so dissappointed really and wanting to change banks.if the sales person told me about these fees I would never have taken this account and would've rather opted for a pay as u use account instead
