Admin Charges

Absa, what are these "admin charges" I keep getting on my account? R355 this month?!

The reference states to check my charge statement, but there is never a description.

How do you charge for something that does not reflect on the statement?

Now my bank account is overdrawn and putting my credit rating at risk.
