ADMIN CHARGE SEE CHARGE STATEMEMENT
Iv'e looked at my online statement and noticed the following deductions the one for R799.25 is the one I am worried about, but they all show something called ADMIN CHARGE SEE CHARGE STATEMENT
Charges as follow: ADMIN CHARGE SEE CHARGE STATEMENt - R799.25 TRANSACTION CHARGE -R21.10 MONTHLY ACC FEE SEE CHARGES - R98.00 (that looks like my account fee) OD Ledger fee - R68.400 Internet Banking Fee - R16.55
Why I'am I being charged all these fee's when I was sold a Gold Cheques account package and told the R98.00 fee covers everything? Not very impressed right now.
