Admin Charge of R600 on student account

I am an Absa account holder, with an Absa cheque card. There is a crazy 'admin charge' of R600 that's currently reflecting on my account. I emailed them to find out and get clarity or a breakdown of this with no response. What does 'student' in student cheque account mean? I am left without a cent after this.
