Address Change
I have done my address change 3 times, still on old address. I went to Menlyn Main and Forest Hill to change my address with the necessary documents. I am just fed up!! They keep you busy on the computer for hours, promise you it was done then still nothing!! Where do I go?? They are utterly useless!!

15 Jan 2018, 13:48I went onto Internet Banking today. I changed my Postal Address myself as nothing was done. I was not able to change my residential address. There was no action done! I also requested to be informed only by sms. I receive notifications by SMS and email. Please update my requests. This is very bad service Absa. I do not want to be informed by emails but only SMS. Why do they keep you busy for an hour, typing onto the computer but no changes were done?? What did they actually do?
