Additional fees charged
When we opened a Student Silver Account for my daughter we understood that there is only a monthly fee of R17.50 and thereafter all transactions are free of charge. Why is an additional Admin fee then charged against her account the last three months? <br> 1 Apr - R17.80, 1 May - R16.50, 1 Jun - R16.50<br> I send you an e-mail in this regard on 22 May, but you didn't bother to respond.
