Additional deductions
Good day
Please note the following
On the 29th of Decemeber 2017. I had taken an instant loan of the total charge R 2228.
On the 29th of December R228 was deducted from my account.
Last night an additional 228 was deducted from my account.
Plese advise as the total borrow was 2228 but 2456 has been taken out my account.
I have been to your branch no help.

26 Jan 2018, 12:24As i have expalined to you telephonically your statement does not show any deductions of that amount.
Also to say that you do not want to speak to us again will not help because that is the process of getting your issue sorted.
Another thing respect goes a long way and it is a two way street therefore in order for us to be of assistance to you you need to respect us and not say vulgar words otherwise i will not assist you i promise.
I take it that your matter is resolved until otherwise you can justify the deduction and that where does it show that it was taken yesterday.

26 Jan 2018, 15:53Nthbiseng if you are a group manager Understand this is the most frustrating brand of banking as you can see i have had a history of issues with Absa so why can't absa respect us customers as we do pay premiums . So u are not doing us a favour but doing your job. Pleas note I did not use vulgar words now you are lying and u shud sue you and you shud bring u telephone recording. You firstly as a group manager shud Understand your systems. If u have R4812 lstnyt and this morning my balance is R 2584. Where is 2228? You shud know basic debit and credit. Otherwise don't be a senior manager. 3rdly I was at your branch today spoke to loans, technical , General an. None of u who work at the bank can do a simple job. Watch how u deal with customers. Cause u clearly can't do a good job.
