Additional Card with my fiancAA(C)'s name

I wrote to hello peter the other day reading absa wanting a payslip regarding doing me an additional card with my fiance name on it then they called me back to go to the branch and do it which I did it was on the 06 of Jan this month they want proof of resident of my fiance she had edcon one from jet told me they can't use it and unisa and she doesn't have ather one but we manage to get tvlicense one which I submitted and I was promised on application the card with take five working days to be delivered to the branch at braamfontein till to date nothing I have been emailing the consultant Tshililo no reply and yesterday I decided to email vanesa crowe still no reply these are the kind of people who make companies like absa look bad because of their poor service and lack of interest to assist client to me absa is use less I wouldn't recommend anyone to it I'm just fine with their credit and I'm pleased not taken their legal cover that I was offered and to bank with them shame no thanks. I even sent a cancellation of credit life after getting the form which I was told it only takes 48hours to cancel even now I haven't got even a callback or a reply<br>
