Actual settlement

Phoned for settlement, settlement on a I20 R169000, started debt relief in 2011, paid 5 years and I now owe more than what I started with, at some stage my statement said I owed R900 000, this has been fixed snd now I owe R300 000, my debt counsellor is also trying but it has been 4 months, I tried to find out from my side but no one absa knows why this is like this or they drop the phone in my ear, telling me I can not speak to the back office
