I have sent an email to have my Activate by Absa insurance cancelled. There is no way you can get hold of those people, they dont reply to email, there is no direct line, nothing. I have sent countless emails to have this insurance cancelled but to my suprise, Activate by Absa still debitted my account with over R2000 this month. what is worse is that Absa bank is refusing to reverse and stop the debit order. I want my money back into my account and this insurance cancelled ASAP.
