Activate by Absa insurance

Do not ever take a car insurance with Absa (activate by Absa) it's a ****/***** because once you do you cannot cancel it,I cannot get assistance at the branches they even laughed at me telling me how can they block themselves as I was asking them to at least block the insurance to stop debit order as I bank with Absa, I want to cancel the insurance because I had to follow up for my car to get inspection or telematic device on, but no one says anything that's when I decided to cancel because how can I insure a car without inspection, after that when you call Absa they always tell there's no one to assist with cancellation all the time and they say there's no reference for the call so that you have nothing to rely back on to show that you had been wanting to cancel the policy and as from their side they keep on debating from the account for service they cannot provide,this is actually ***** how is it that there's always no one to assist but their ready to assist when you want the insurance and they don't even forget the debt order date
