Activate by Absa are the best by far

I had submitted a claim for my damaged cellphone with Absa Activate, the following day they contacted me and sent a courier to collect the phone. 2 days later,I was then informed by the Digicall assessors that my phone is irreparable and that they will recommend that it be replaced. Absa activate contacted me to inform me that they will be sending me a voucher for the value that I ensured my phone less R500 for excess. I was given a choice between a few stores such as Makro,Game, incredible connection,iStore and takealot to name a few. I then received the voucher and was able to purchase a phone. The process required very little effort from my side and the consultant I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
