Activate by ABSA

I am really disappointed at Activate by ABSA claims department. I lodge a claim around the 06 August 2023, and even now no feedback received, I have to phone nearly everyday to check progress or status of the claim. Now debit order went out. Acknowledgement of emails when sent to them will go a long way. What makes it hard is the fact the vehicle is write-off and I am still paying with no feedback.
