Activate Absa pathetic!

0 stars would be given if possible. I took out car insurance from AbsaActivate a month ago and not once have I been able to get hold of them. Multiple emails sent but no reply. I got so upset I canceled my cover through email and went to a better insurance that actually talks to their clients but obviously I'm greeted with a debit order from Absa! ABSA is happy to take my money but not happy to respond to a single email or call! Pathetic.
