<p>I am struggling to sort out a claim after my house was hit by lightning 4 months ago. The claims department is useless and so I contacted Absa Actionline to help solve my problem. Absa might as well close this department as well. Absolute NO ACTION , no follow up,mostly ignoring my e-mails. If Inphone them,they will always promise to phone back, but never do. Some of the contractors Absa use don't pitch for appointments, or must return 4-5 times to do the job. I</p>

18 Nov 2016, 16:44Claudette, Mapule Mangwato has all the details. About 4 people phoned to apologize for the bad service, but their words mean nothing. Again a contractor pitched at my house without an appointment afer I stated clearly they must make an appointment so that I can meet them there. Another day without joy. Seriously ridicilous.
