ACTIONLINE IS USELESS
They cannot resolve a simple refund! One minute someone is assisting. The next the query is passed on to someone else. Can you have someone who knows how to service a client and who knows how to do refunds from ABSA to STANDARD BANK please resolve my query. Daisy was close but now she has disappeared.
PAY BACK MY MONEY ABSA... AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! Dont tell me about your process and procedures!!!!!!!!!
