acoount query

yesterday i was called by one of absa agent about my student chegue account <br> asking me when am i pay R406 amout which are my monthly fees <br> i was suprise because last time i check that was a student acoount which i open on 2006 <br> but i was suprise t ohear now its a cheque account <br> when i eplain t othe ladie whom i spoke to over the phone she said they change it to cheque with out informing me <br> and i'm dissappointed because when ever a thing need to change they have to inform me especial if it has to do with money <br> and i told her i'm not willing to continue with the account if i need to pay those fees
