Accused of using a **** permit

I went to Absa emalahleni down town to update my details since I'm having a new passport and I also changed my ****en Surname. When I opened an account with Absa l was using a work permit, because now my husband has a South African ID l decided to change my permit to relative visa which does not allow me to work. On the visa there's a mistake from Home Affairs which states that I'm accompanying father instead of accompanying spouse. I went with two of my passports, the one I opened an account with (although it expired in August 2021) and the new one (the one I'm accompanying my husband which has a visa expiring on the 10th of October 2021, l already app**** for the renewal).l was helped by a colored lady who was not wearing a name tag so l don't even know her name. My first challenge is that she said why am I having two permits and I explained to her that the other passport expired so it's not in use. Secondly she can't update my information because I'm on a accompanying husband so I'm not allowed to open an account with Absa since I'm not working, l explained to her that I opened the account when I was using work permit. Thirdly why my permit is having a mistake of written accompanying father instead of spouse and l told her that I even went to the home affairs and they said it's not a problem as long as it's under relative visa. The colored lady said to me that she is going to consult with her supervisor when she came back she said she can't help me and took me to her supervisor. The supervisor who was not wearing a name tag again so l don't even know her name started interrogating me accused me of having a **** permit and I asked her how come I'm renewing the **** permit straight from home affairs coz I showed them my receipt from home affairs. I told her that there's a backlog at home affairs that's why my permit is taking long to come. The supervisor said if the home affairs department was having a backlog they should have received a notice / circular, which they didn't so l should go back to Home affairs department for them to fix the error if my permit is not ****. The supervisor said straight in my eyes that just looking at the permit she can see that it's ****. I asked her if l looked that stupid to bring a **** permit to the bank. I never used anything **** in my life. She said it's **** because there's a mistake on the permit, Home affairs department does not make such mistakes. I asked her how much knowledge does she have when it comes to foreign nationals because she never worked at home affairs department and also she doesn't have any information about how home affairs issues permits. The supervisor just judged me for the fact that I'm a foreign national and foreign nationals use **** permits without even validating my information. If she was suspicious of the permit wasn't she suppose to call home affairs and validate the permit. Just because there's a mistake on my permit doesn't qualify it to be ****. I felt like the supervisor and her subordinates were not acting professional but rather xenophobic. I felt so humiliated walking out of the bank with out being helped but accused of having a **** permit.
