Accounts Dispute

I am again been let down by ABSA(Credit Bereau division) they not doing their job in having the information relayed the external Bereaus relating to customers accounts, when you owe a financial service provider they supposed to have your name removed from all the listings within atleast 30 working days from the time you paid up the account and also got a confirmation in writing from them they have received the account settlement ,at most it can be 60 working days, but now its been 4 months from the time they confirmed that am no longer owing but still the information/confirmation of the account closure has not been relayed to XDS, TRANSUNION, EXPERIAN AND COMPUSCAN, I am still listed as someone that's owing the ABSA bank and that is terrorizing my credit status badly that I cannot do anything...... Its clear that they don't value their long term and loyal customers

#It takes them 30 days to relay the UNPAID ACCOUNT information to the credit bereaus but takes more than 4 months to relay THE PAID ACCOUNT information.... HOW CONVENIENT#
