Account suspended due to incompetencies

I submitted my documents in September 2015 for FICA. The consultant confirmed receiving them. In January 2016 I was asked to submit them again which I did, but this time they wanted a different identification. No body bothered to answer my emails when I asked questions. Today my account is suspended for no apparent reason.<br> They need to send all the staff who work with FICA documents back to training. Really annoyed!!!
