Account Stop hold to be put into my account

On Tuesday i went to Absa krugersdop to close my absa account and what surprised me is the charges on that account of R 800,00 the bank teller couldn't explain what for as they statement was not explaining what that charges was for , we called cheque account department were i spoke to Carry, she explain to me but still i was not happy as what i know is i pay charges for a month and on month end of April i did pay charges and she transfer to Freedom at collection for cheque account department to assist me with putting account stop hold in my account so that i can able to pay it monthly as at the moment i don't have R 800 in cash, the freedom ask that we must complete Absa 4713 Form and email it to [Email Removed] and we did that with the lady at the branch and even now the Cheque Account didn't put account stop hold in my account yet .What i want is cheque account to put account stop hold so that no transaction can go to my account and i will pay their account and close it
