Account status to be closed with closure letter as proof

Today at 02:05pm I spoke to Nthabiseng- at your credit card division regarding closure of my credit card. Settlement amount if R51020.14 as confirmed by her was paid today and will reflect in this account tomorrow. I requested that this account be closed with immediate effect tomorrow and be provided with closure letter, lastly the closed account status be updated with ITC EXPERIAN SYSTEM. After previous dealings with your staff that mostly are RUDE AND ARROGANT, this is a courtesy caution on this matter. If I do not hear from you regarding the above by 24 December 2018, I will escalate this matter via Maria Ramos' office only after escalating matters to her office, will absa staff know how to treat clients. Nthabiseng, you provided me with excellent service, but, knowing what is expected beyond what you did and having had profuse disgusting service from ABSA staff, I'm being cautious.
