Account Placed on Hold

I opened an absa account in which i deposited funds for my son, there as a case against me as i was investigated for ***** however the case was dismissed and closed from court on the 18/06/15 as everything was fine. My lawyer sent a letter to Absa branch in brixton on the 22/06/15 to advise them to release my funds no joy, i tried calling them several times and spoke to Jabulani he said he will assist even today, i lodged a complaint and received a reference, however on the 23/09/15 i received a threatening call from Jabulani saying he will make my life difficult and why did i lodge a complaint. He even said that he will take the matter to forensic and i asked which 1 as the first time he said it was escalated there<br> <br> I have to say i have received utterly poor service from absa, they do not treat their client with respect, they do not make follow up. they were happy to receive my money when i deposited however now that i want to get my funds they can not assist. i hope this platform will help me as i have made endless phone calls, queries and still no assistance.
