Account paid up and still shows at credit bureau.

I paid my PENSION POWERED HOME LOAN with ABSA Bank and I asked them to update my credit report. They just sent me a paid up letter and told me that they will update the records. It's been two months now without removing that paid up account. I'm disapponted as their clints who paid them every month without defaulting. I thought since ABSA is a big company they always do right things but I was wrong.
