account paid up

l settled my car and spoke to Abdula on July 8 2013. He told me that letter confirming settlement, change of ownership and other docs will be sent to an absa near me which is vereeniging and once docs are sent, an agent from absa will call me but I never received a call. I went to the branch and was told to call the vehicle financing dept AGAIN. I need to do stuff but I can't because I don't have the documents to prove that the car is mine. Today I called again and asked for someone to call me back and was told they can't and then I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager so that they can call me back. I explained why I needed someone to call me back, I was put on hold and then I hung up as I'd explained to the lady, I think it's Rochel that I don't want to hold and I don't want to be put from pillar to post. I'm using my airtime and it's getting wasted because of their incompentency. I am not having any joy with them.
