Account opened without my consent

Good day An account was opened without my consent. I closed my credit account and the lady asked whether I wanted another account but I consistently told her NO. A few days later a courier company tried to deliver a new card and I have been receiving statements of this new account. It also reflects on my credit record. I would like to request that this account is closed immediately. I am not supposed to have ANY accounts with ABSA and do not want any. I have sent several complaints about this without any response. If this is not attended to I will be taking further steps as it is ******* to open an account without the client's consent.
