Account opened without my authority
I have an account with ABSA bank. I went to open a life cover policy which I am happy with but when I look at my ABSA app it says I have opened 2 policies. Which I didn't . I didn't open a health benefit plan. I didn't sign up for 68.00 rand to be deducted from my account. And ABSA is refusing to cancel this. They are telling me they will invistigate in the meanwhile this nonsense policy will be deducting in my account
