Account on hold!!!!!!!

I am so tired of Absa bank.

A client paid money into my account, for some reason her bank (fnb) reported the transaction as *****. For a week the client has Been trying to get the hold lifted so I can send the clients items off.

But to no avail.

I hve emailed Absa the proof of payment, given them the screenshots from the whatsapp chat.made an affidavit but still to no avail. For a whole week I have been waiting for the investigator to contact me to no avail. This is utter hoplessness. What is it going to take to get access to my own funds Absa is withholding from me
