account not updated on ITC

Absa has compromised my credit score Experian says I'm in arrears with my credit card and when I call absa surprisingly I'm up to date and my score went down from 643 to 588 and I'm trying to buy a house. On Transunion I'm on 709. C an please update your systems. I was also surprised that the debit order arrangement I made last month was not activated however lady I spoke to today she did activated it.
