Account not Rectified !

Last year June 2015, I made a complaint about Absa. <br> I received a letter back from them saying that the account has now been recalculated and the balance has gone down to R 121 031.86 as from the 7 July 2015.<br> <br> I get December's statement, and now the balance is showing R 145 811.94.<br> <br> So it means this account has never been rectified for the last 6 months !<br> <br> This account has been restructured twice, thereby increasing the overall interest charged and extending the repayment term ????<br> And the reason for this is what ????<br> <br> <br>
