Account not in use but they say I owe them

Sometime ago I went to close my credit card account with Absa in Tygervalley. It was all paid up. They made me to speak with some agent on the phone who convinced me not to close the acc because they will not charge me anything as long as I do not use it.. I never used the account but now they say it is in arrears with R326. 00.<br> <br> The only interaction I had with them is when they sent a new credit card of which I never took it.<br> <br> What for. ******!!!
