Account not Closed as per Request 2 Years AGO

Hi had Accounts with ABSA since 1998 if I remember correctly, By 2013 I had a Cheque, Credit and Savings accounts with ABSA, I went into the Branch in 2013 and closed off all my accounts, and now recently i'm getting statements for a savings account that is still open, clearly NOT all my accounts were closed as requested when I was in the Branch even though I received notices that it was closed.
