Account not closed 3 months after settlingnit

I have settled my accountn3 months ago. When I phone they said therenare funds due to me which needs to be paid out first before closing my account. It has been 3 months. No refund. No closed account. The best is, they still deducting fees each montth. This is impacting me negatively on my credit score. My id nr is ***
