Account not closed

<p>I went to Absa Bank on the 9th July 2016. Waited for 2 hours to open an account, Was asked to close an exisiting account. Waited another hour. Found out today the account is not closed.</p> <p>I called the call centre and they advising me I cannot close the account. I cannot go back to the bank again. If I know Absa was so useless I wouldnt have went there.</p> <p>Please have this sorted out or I will take my company banking to FNB!!</p>
