Account not active and no feedback

We started off good as Ferndale on Republic was more efficient than Mall of Africa. We opened a stokvel investment account at the branch (Ferndale on Republic) last week Friday but, now the account cannot take deposits.

I sent an email to Lerato who said is checking but, to this moment I haven't heard anything and the account is still not active.

On Saturday and this morning I sent follow up email and copied the branch manager and still no feedback.
