account need to be sorted

On satarday the 24th of November i tried to use my bank card to buy some food and to my surprise i could not use my card i wend to the dobsonville branch they told me that my account was on hold because i app**** for a debt review and they tried calling the call centre and they were not opened they told me to come back on monday . As requested i went to the bank and i was at greenstone mall for an hour and half i was told that i had to open a savings account as i app**** for the dept review and i did that they assured me that they will take money from cheque account and put it in the savings account , to my surprice nothing was done yesterday and today i phone the branch and i spoke to Tabric Nonyane he told me that i have to come to the branch again to they think that i have time to leave work and come to them they need to sort out this matter today as not i dont even have money to go home because of their incompetence somebody need to tell me today
