Account name : LICENSING NOC; AC NUMBER ***

I withdrew money from an ABSA ATM, my account was debited yet the cash was dispensed. The ATM slip indicated that the cash will automatically be returned back to my account and that has not happened uptill now even after i reported it to the helpline
