Account locked without timeous notice and no response

On 27 April 2022 (Freedom Day) I received a telephonic request for FICA documents on our business account. I requested the person to send an email setting out, what was required. I responded to the email, by submitting the required documentation on 29 April 2022. Despite the filing of the documentation, phone calls and follow-up emails the business account is still locked (for more than 9 days.) Unprofessional and unacceptable!
