ACCOUNT LOCKED WITH NO NOTICE/REASON

I remember closing my Absa account for the very reason I am complaining now. I thought the bank had changed. My account has been locked with no notification or reason. I have an EFT coming in an the lady at general enquiries simply says she can't tell me why the account is locked I have to go to the branch and I won't receive any eft's if the account is locked.

So now I have to go queue at the bank for I don't know what. I am closing this account.
