Account locked due to FICA

My account was locked by ABSA due to FICA, I presented my updated permit at the branch and I was told that:<br> <br> 1. they do not know when my account will be activated and I need to check daily !!!<br> 2. I will have to present at the bank with the same permanent residence permit every 2 months until my ID is issued! <br> <br> It was been 3 working days and my account is still locked and I have no access to my money, how am I supposed to survive and fund essential services like purchasing electricity/groceries with no access to my money!!!! I provided the bank with all the supporting documents yet my account is still locked! <br> <br> And why must I present every 2 months at the bank with the same permanent residence permit until my ID is issued? A process that is taking up to 6-8 months! And I have permanent residence, it does not change every 2 months!??!?!
