account lock

I have an account with absa but is blocked since from September because of fica, I went to the branch in Mall@Reds to submit the fica documents a lady helped me and account was not opened. I then went to R55 mall absa they also said the account will be opened in 48 hours but still the account was not opened and recently i went to menlyn still the account is not opened and they said I should wait for 48 hours, I have a business account with absa which is working fine but my personal account is the one that is giving me problems I'm thinking of even closing the account because of a bad service I'm getting from absa, here is my account number...***, and this is my phone number ..***
