Account Issues - Funds on hold

Funds on hold and account issues . Been on calls and emails but everytime a new issue arises prolonging the time of my funds being available to me . I have bills piled up from month end , because of this matter not being resolved . The funds was paid into my account Thursday before the public holidays and maintenance done over the weekend . All of a sudden im having account issues and my funds unavailable to me . Ive been to the branch with no actual assistance . Everytime i just get told the matter is being investigated/looked into and a new waiting time is given . I've been having this issue with this bank for a month and counting . The account either gets locked or unusual activity is found on the account .
