Account incorrectly in arrears.

I received a sms informing me that my bond account is in arrears. When I contacted ABSA to enquire about htis they said that this is coorect and thet my account is in arrears. My bond account is being paid via debit order from my cheque account also with ABSA. to this day no debitorder have ever been refused on my account due to insufficient funds. The issue is: There was money available on my flexi reserve on this bond account (on my banking app). I moved this available account ot my cheque account. Then ABSA said I should not have move hte money and know that the money is not available. I requested that they take the money from my other bond acouncount's flexi reserve, which was then done. Today (almost a week later) I jusrt received another call to state that the account is in arrears. It was not paid up to date because ABSA' made the money availbe when it was not available. I wnat to apply for a home loan in 2 weeks time and this is going to reflect negative on my profile. This is not acceptable. And ABSA is too ignorent or knows too little about their systems to correct it. They can;t even correct it after t was settled now.
