account in arreas

I'm having vehicle financed by ABSA, few months back my car nock a engen, I was forced to fix the car from my pocket, and skip paying for 2 months. Now my account is in arreas and left with 8 months to finish to pay my car after paying for 5 years, my concern is they don't want me to arrange payment, the other guy always harass me on the phone and come to work everytime asking to meet me and claiming that he is from ABSA.
