Account in arrears because of wrong reference number that was given

Am so disappointed on ABSA.

my cars are financed by absa, on Jan and feb I was on unpaid sick leave, so debit order wasn't successful.I than called absa to give me reference number so that I can make EFT. consultant gave me wrong reference number and I only found out now that I've been using wrong reference number.I received a call from absa consultant may if am not mistaken informing me that my account are not up to date. It came to my surprised that why was only told on May that my account is in arrears while I missed payment on Feb according to absa, why was I given a wrong reference number and I only received that reference number telephonical only? I personally feel if I was informed in time that my account is in arrears by now maybe the problem should have been resolved.

I wrote a complaint but no one responded on that complaint, I than tried to lodge a complaint telephonical, I was advice that the is someone who is working on my account, I than forwarded the complaint that has attachment of proof of payment to that person that I was advice that she is working on my account but she/he never responded. I hope you will now take my complaint seriously because I never missed payment and what you have done have also affected my credit score. Kindly attend on my complain because if not attended I will now report to ombudsman
